A unit at home.
A small first-stage residential project in west Toronto. Small in scale — but every detail is the studio learning to build.

Stage 02 / Multiplexnext2027–2029
First mixed-use building.
A small mixed-use multiplex in west or east Toronto. Active ground floor. Multi-bedroom units. Built to the principles, paid for by the foundation work.

Stage 03 / Mid-risefuture2029+
The first full Bloorgrove project.
A five-to-ten-storey mid-rise on a transit-adjacent street. Mixed-use, family-sized, beautiful — on the streets these essays argue for.
